2014-2016 - Expansions and Improvements Abound

As our initial 8,000-mile network expansion wrapped with nearly 1,000 cell towers connected across the state Texas, FiberLight began to eye additional opportunities to enrich our network and robust service offerings. Network upgrades included a core expansion in our South Florida market and cutting-edge network monitoring and alerting systems across our national footprint. Once those projects were done, we turned our eye once again to expansion, announcing two new initiatives in May 2016. First, we unveiled a new expansion plan to connect the Texas Valley in the south with the state's larger cities, such as Dallas, Houston and San Antonio. Second, we announced 100G long-haul connectivity between data centers in all our major markets, including Washington D.C, Miami, Dallas and Atlanta.
